What Power Tracker Collects

Power Tracker stores the information needed to run the app: account identifiers, sign-in details, company profile details, clients, time entries, invoices, notes, logo files, support requests, notification preferences, and purchase status.

The app may also collect basic device, app, diagnostic, and event information to keep sync, support, billing, reminders, and app performance working correctly.

How We Use Information

• To provide time tracking, client records, weekly review, and invoice creation.
• To sync your app data across signed-in devices.
• To process subscriptions, free trials, renewals, and restores.
• To send local reminders you choose to allow.
• To answer support requests and diagnose app issues.
• To measure installs, trials, purchases, and subscription events.

Services We Use

Power Tracker uses service providers for authentication, database storage, file storage, purchases, support, notifications, diagnostics, and attribution. These providers may include Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, Meta, TikTok, Expo, and crash or diagnostic tooling configured for the app.

We do not use client records, invoice details, or time entries to target ads.

Subscriptions

Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and payment details are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Power Tracker receives subscription status from the store and RevenueCat so the app can unlock paid access or restore purchases.

Your Choices

• You can edit or delete app records inside Power Tracker.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account.
• You can change notification permissions in your device settings.
• You can request account deletion from the app settings or support screen.

Data Retention

We keep app data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, support requests, billing records, security, and legal compliance. When you delete your account, Power Tracker removes account-linked app records and user storage unless limited records need to be kept for business, security, or legal reasons.
